Course description

Exercise is great - but movement is a science.  This course brings true movement education, a community of support and efficient, effective Pilates Dance-Based Toning (DBT) programming to you wherever you are so that you can get a full experience - and results.

In this 10-class course you will:

  • Re-shape your body, toning the thighs, arms, abs and glutes
  • Gain deep understanding of Pilates DBT movements
  • Experience 10 unique Pilates DBT workouts spread out over 5 months to avoid plateaus, boredom and injury
  • Create a balanced strength in your body that produces long, lean result
