Course description

Lee Pilates Mat is the heart of the her method. This series begins with Level 1 mat which teaches proper alignment, neuromuscular reeducation, appropriate movement strategies and innervation of the deep core through a highly educational teaching style. This mindful, deep execution of movement is where lasting change begins.

Lee Pilates is a contemporary, science-based approach to Pilates that merges the classic exercises and new core work in innovative sequencing to ensure clients improve posture and alignment, improve athletic performance, prevent injury and achieve new fitness goals. Lee uses her proprietary Movement Sequencing Track System to ensure that clients work through all movement planes and ranges of motion for balanced strength, flexibility and a full-body workout.

In this series you will:

  • Learn contemporary Pilates exercises from fundamental to advanced curriculum
